We offer DRIVEWISE BC – Graduated Licensing Program (GLP)
Program Fee: $1,200 (including GST)
Additional Fee for Road Test: $170
This comprehensive GLP package is a partnership between DriveWise BC and Seven Hills Driving Academy, designed to help new drivers develop safe driving habits and earn high school credits.
In-Car Instruction
Provided by Seven Hills Driving Academy
12 hours of in-car driving lessons
(8 lessons, each 90 minutes long)
60-minute review lesson on the day of your ICBC road test
Additional in-car lessons available upon request
Classroom Instruction
Provided by DriveWise BC
20 hours of online classroom training via Zoom
(8 sessions)
High School Benefits
High school students are GST exempt (already included in the price)
(Must be enrolled in high school at the start of the course)
Earn 2 Grade 11 high school credits
Reduce your Novice (7N) stage by 6 months upon successful completion
ICBC Requirements
To qualify for GLP benefits:
All course components must be completed within 12 months
Students must complete the program during their Learners (7L) stage
Must have no at-fault accidents or traffic violations to receive the 6-month 7N reduction
Road Test Details
Students must book their own ICBC road test
A $170 fee applies for use of the Seven Hills Driving Academy vehicle and instructor support on road test day
